For most of its existence, people thought of Québec as simply “the place that only speaks French,” but that’s only part of the story. Not only is it the land of long cold nights and dark shadows, Québec is also one of the biggest corporate hot beds in North America; one that rivals places such as Seattle or New York. And if that wasn’t enough to wet a runner’s appetite for work, Québec also has one of the largest gang, organized crime, and even neo-anarchist presence in the region. Oh, and lets not forget its ever-shifting political alliances and shenanigans. 

So for the discerning shadowrunner, Québec is shaping up to be the next big place to be. Just don’t forget your thermal clothing; because while the shadows can be extremely hot, the weather is still extremely cold.
